Life goes on.

Firstly I would like to thank my friend, Manda, for this beautiful portrait of Purdie, it was a wonderful, if heartbreaking, surprise.

Walks seem really odd without our guardian, silly things like not opening the door in the van for her (she had her own easy access section to travel in) hurt. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I miss having to hoover up her hair on a daily basis. But life does indeed carry on and as always the remaining crew demand and deserve my attention.

We are still waiting on the girls to come in season (I'm getting impatient as it's been a while since we've had puppies!), hopefully it won't be much longer.

We have still had our regular walks, despite the wet weather, and we managed a beach walk just after Christmas which we always love, especially at this time of year when the fields are so muddy.

This years kittens are now young adults, Beetle is definitely the most bonkers of them all but all are fabulous interactive pain in the neck cats :)

Purdie

The end of an era. I don't have the words to express how special this wonderful girl was. I knew that at 13 years old our time together was limited, I had no idea it would be this soon. R.I.P my beautiful soppy girl.
